Architectural Interior Design
This service brings us on board at the earliest planning stage and takes us through to the final decoration and furnishing.
Having established what you want to achieve, we survey the property and draw up full plans. We work with you to reconfigure or extend your home making the optimum use of the space. Then working with other professionals such as architects and structural engineers, we ensure that all planning applications, listed building consents, party wall agreements and building regulation permissions are sought.
A full scope of works is developed to enable us to invite contractors to tender for the project. We happily work with building contractors that you already know or will draw on our experience to suggest companies that we have used elsewhere.
As work progresses on the nuts and bolts of the building programme we also develop full design and decoration schemes including lighting, furniture and finishes.
